Hubby and I visited August 15 to 19. Stayed on site #15, full hookup.

THE GOOD:
1. Customer service at it's finest, starting when I booked our site with owner Donna to the end of our stay. Friendly, friendly and friendly! On our 2nd day, PEC implemented a fire ban, therefore, no camp fire. Staff knocked on our store to advise us, picked up our purchased wood and gave us a cash refund! No other resort will do this. The staff also entertained us at night and did a concert!

2. Transient fees, for a full hookup sites, are cheap (compared to what we paid at other RV resorts).

3. Beautiful beach with a dog beach area (we did not swim in the lake because we avoid anything Lake Ontario😁).

4. Outdoor pool.

5. Camp store that sells your basic camp grocery, including a ice cream parlor.

6. Close to all the PEC wineries & breweries. We visited a few but our favorite was Norman Hardie Winery (a must stop visit..excellent service, pizza, fresh PEI oysters and of course, wine!

THE NEXT TIMES:
1. Like the quote by Kurt Vonnegut: “In this world, you get what you pay for.” If you are looking for a 5+++ RV resort, this is not it. Hubby and I are use to 5+++ RV resorts with large sites with green grass, large cement pads, paved roads with manicured grounds. But if you are not picky, want excellent customer service and a more simple and rustic experience, this is the resort to go too.

2. Not much to do. Kids playground small. No water toy rentals (ie: kayaks, etc). The pool was shallow and very small.

3. Camp store closes early at 6pm.

Overall, our experience was a positive one. Will we come back? Sure we will but next time, we will book a full hookup site by the water.

A quiet retreat in a beautiful setting. We are here for four days and have been delighted with our site #55 about 30 sec to the water and 60 seconds to the beach. Everything you need for a pleasant escape in wine country.
The price is under $60 a night and the beautiful sunsets are free. Dog beach and off leash park available .

We stayed in a full service site for 5 days in August. The owners are friendly, the firewood is hardwood so it burns a long time. The sites are close together but did not affect our visit. They have a dog beach and a very small people beach. They also have 2 big fields that you can let your dog run off leash. Every time I walked there, no one was there. Many seasonal sites. People seemed respectful. Quiet time is at 11 and believe me, it goes very quiet. Picton is close by and it was nice to wander around downtown.
I gave 4 stars because I saw folks fishing in the dog beach area, which concerns me with hooks coming loose.

We stayed here for two nights, it was our first time. The sites all seem to be quite level making set up easy and stress free. We had limited interaction with the staff but what we did have was very good. They even escort you to your site in a golf cart, a great idea to help you out but also to eliminate speeding in the campground. Just a final word about the washrooms, we've seen a lot but these are hands down the best and cleanest EVER!!!!!
We'll definitely return.

My husband and I visited this RV resort for the first time and we absolutely loved it. Donna and Ed are are awesome folks and super friendly. The grounds are extremely well maintained by Ed#1, Ed#2 and Johnny. Those guys go non-stop. We met lots of friendly people and we were able to visit lots of nearby towns that were not too far away. And the view is spectacular. Thanks for hosting us, we will be back.

Our stay in this gorgeous campground was fabulous. We were welcomed by the owners, who gave us a slew of good information about Prince Edward County, our first visit. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality, Donna & Ed.

We stayed here five nights in our RV. With adhering to COVID-19 precautions we had easy check in. Was glad that asked for info for public health tracing.
Our lot was a good size for our 42 ft RV. Pretty level site. Nice couple who own it are friendly and helpful. All buildings were closed due to pandemic.
We will book a week in the fall

This was our fourth stay at this resort . Have always enjoyed our stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for beautiful sunsets. Most wineries are 20-45 minutes to reach. One suggestion is for grass to be cut before new occupancy of site as the grass was fairly long.

Spend 2 days..badly disappointed this is not a resort price high over 50 $ per day. Showers old and rusty taps, ciment floor in bad need of painted, hence sanitary block needs to be redone. Water view sites heavily loaded with Spring flies all over trailer and every where. Grounds not bad however have old trailers that needs to be removed. Narrow streets. Will not go there again. Good Sam park badly over rated. GS will be advised.
