Well I can't answer if they will let you in early. The ferries dock at a few places on the island, and unless you drive to the B&B not sure how you will get there. It's about 20-30 minutes from Sydney or Victoria. Maybe there are taxi's. Hope this helps. It is a nice place to stay.
