We got to the place after hearing great reviews and upon arrival there was no one near the place to let us in and no one answered the phone, so we had to go into the restaurant and find a waitress to let us in. After finally being let in, on the surface it looked OK but on further inspection...

We take our reviews very seriously and work hard to improve on all valid points raised. I must say, there is absolutely NO TRUTH to this review. Checking in is a very simple process, if the front desk is closed. All Managers in the restaurant are well trained at the check-in process and, yes, it is a short, 60-second stroll...

Very nice room with a stellar view. The very large bathtub situated so you can relax and enjoy the sights with privacy. The Chalet next door also has a killer view from the fully glassed in dining area. The food was fabulous! Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a beautiful area. The views from the soaker tub, in the corner of the room, out the huge corner windows are amazing. The front desk staff could tell guests that the view from the restaurant above the hotel can see directly into the rooms so beware to close the blinds. The carpets were absolutely filthy. I...

The view was amazing, rooms were all clean and fresh (only the carpet was dirty... but u are not looking at the carpet when u are there :D). Bathtub next to the window with that view is a wonderful idea. If u are on vancouver islands YOU NEED TO STAY HERE.

Myself and my partner visited Victoria for the first time last October (2015). The only thing we wanted to do was go Whale watching and left everything else to the last minute. We stumbled across the Moon Water Lodge ... just wow!! 5* rating doesn't do it justice. As their website back then was a little hard to get to...

We were very excited to stay here due to the pictures of the scenery from the room. The scenery was not disappointing. It was breathtaking. We arrived at 9pm there was no one at the office and a note saying go to the restaurant to check in. No biggy. When we got to the room we were very disappointed in...

I had to go over to the island for a wedding, and as such decided to treat myself to a hotel stay the night after. I looked at a few surrounding the area and decided this one looked the best. And I loved it! Each room has it's own door on the outside (the side facing away from the water)...

This by far has been the best hotel on the Girls Road Trip. Located 30 minutes outside Victoria on Route 1, this place had the most spectacular view that we got up all 3 mornings to watch the sunrise . Yes you could hear some road noise if you listened for it, but we slept with our window and screen...

The Best view of any room I've stayed anywhere. The family-run hotel and restaurant sits high above the forested inlet providing a beautiful morning wakeup. We were welcomed and made to feel at home in a very quiet, peaceful setting. Food and view were also excellent in the adjacent restaurant, with the family making that part of our stay great...
