The Premier Inn Falkirk (Larbert) garners approval for its spotless rooms and commendable staff service, with guests frequently celebrating the hotel’s cleanliness and the helpful nature of its employees. The establishment enjoys a strategic location favored by guests for its proximity to local attractions.
However, the atmosphere of the communal areas and certain room amenities, including air conditioning, have been points of critique, indicating room for enhancement. While the quality and cleanliness of the breakfast are well-received, opinions on value and comfort show a divide among visitors.

Hotel's Favourite
Gillian at front desk was very helpful. The rooms were large and clean, bed was comfy.
Absolutely loved the breakfast in the morning, everything piping hot, really tasty and Fiona and Bridie really looked after us. It felt like a proper home cooked meal with excellent service.

Travelled and stayed here for a few nights solo for work. It was convenient for the glenbervie business park which was right across the road where I had to attend training.
The hotel is covid friendly and there are hand sanitisers on arrival, staff working in a safe area and guests have to wear masks throughout. I was advised at the start of my stay that there would be no house keeping but if I needed anything at all just to let them know.
I couldn’t fault my stay at all from the moment I checked in.
Very spacious room for only just being a double, I’ve stayed in smaller family rooms so it was nice to have that extra space.
Room itself was modern, clean and fresh and well equipped with a large bed (which I have to say was super super comfy, shame I couldn’t have took the bed with me home), a single roll bed, really large desk below the tv on the wall, separate vanity area with built in hairdryer and a long mirror on the wardrobe (handy when your trying on outfits for work).
The en-suite was also very clean, modern and faultless! Power shower was absolutely amazing!
The 2 girls I met on reception (didn’t catch their names), girl with blond hair and another one with dark hair both really lovely, friendly and chatty girls and nothing was too much for them.... when I needed an iron an iron and a board was brought to my room, when I wanted more milk and sugar I was well topped up!
Thank you for a lovely stay and you can be assured as soon as covid restrictions have relaxed I will be taking the family back here on a staycation to visit the area as sadly I couldn’t whilst on my stay.

Stayed here for two nights whilst I visited my mum in Larbert village .The room was lovely on the first floor it was spotless ,comfortable bed and had hairdryer and tea making facilities .I opted for the cooked breakfast in the morning I was greeted by Bridie both mornings and what a friendly and polite lady she was. She asked me if I was allergic to anything and because of covid directed me to my table and took my order .The chef Gordon made a lovely breakfast and it was 5 star hot and fresh .I have to say all the staff made me feel so welcome nothing was a bother in such difficult times I would highly recommend this hotel handy location as well already planning my next family visit .

Booked for 7 nights as visiting family in the area.
Lovely clean rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Requests for towels or a mid stay full clean always dealt with promptly and efficiently.
There is a lift which is handy as my mum has bad knees and we were on the second floor.
We didn’t eat breakfast but they have 5 tables so if you would like to have one then pre booking with reception is required.
The Bruce next door is a really nice eatery and pub, very reasonably priced food and really handy as so close.
Only negative is the room was really hot and there is no air con ( which we were aware of) shame it wasn’t fitted as per the Rosebank where we have stayed before (fully booked for our stay), it would have been a god send, they had a fan in the room though which was appreciated and very much utilised.
Location is great for The Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel and close to Grahamstone station for a direct train to Edinburgh.

Was a great place to stay. We used Larbert as a central Point to enable us to visit a few areas around Scotland. All the staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Very friendly and actually interested in how your day has been. Rooms very comfortable. During Covid time some items are being removed from rooms eg extra pillows but ask at reception and they will give you more. Will definitely come back. Thanks to you all for a lovely stay x ps the seagulls will drive you nuts. 🥴😁

My partner and myself stayed at this Falkirk premier inn from the 5th of July to the 6th of July to visit the Falkirk wheel. The staff were from start to finish brilliant. I unfortunately fell ill during the night and had to go to the hospital . When we returned it was breakfast time and my partner went down for his but I was still too sick so the restaurant staff kindly sent me a tray of food to the room

Situated just off the motorway in Larbert the hotel was easy to find although our sat nav took us to a garden centre about 5 minutes away for some reason. When we booked we were told check in was from 2pm but day before we arrived got an email saying check in not till 3pm. Check in was smooth and easy enough so no problems. Went to the room and the lift was filthy. Doesn't look like its been cleaned for months. Got to room and standard premier inn room which is fare enough, you get what you pay for but 2 dirty big cobwebs in one of the corners of the room. Bed was comfy and was looking forward to a lovely rest after a late night but never happened. Room was first room on the floor and must have also been located next to a cleaning cupboard or something. Constant noise of doors banging and shutting and folk passing the room making noise made it impossible to sleep. Hotel was at full capacity due to a gig at the local football stadium so not sure if that had something to do with it being noisy.
Staff were friendly enough and there is a descent pub selling food across from hotel. All in all, bit of a mixed bag.

Arrived at the hotel which had plenty of parking, even disabled. Stayed for 4 nights in September 2022, had a friendly and helpful check-in from the member of staff. We were on the second floor so used the lift. Our room was very clean and tidy, did show some signs of wear and tear but nothing terribly wrong with the room. The only thing we had an issue with is being on the second floor we had a sloping ceiling which made using the sofa/spare bed un-useable as you couldn't sit upright, a tub chair would better in this case. Didn't have the breakfast while staying as it is a buffet style cooked breakfast option, which we don't like.
Our room was quite warm, so had our window open all day and night, which did allow some noise in, but nothing more than living at home in a built up area. However a fan was provided in our room which we used while staying, in summer I could imagine it getting quite uncomfortable in extreme weather.
Overall had a great stay at Premier Inn Larbert, and enjoyed touring the area, would definately recommend and would stay again.

We stayed for two nights at the beginning of September the room was fine and the sleep quality was fine it was clean although the room was a little warm we booked for both days for breakfast the breakfast itself was excellent the chef cook the egg is perfect there is good choice However the environment needs a lot of improvement the breakfast room is situated in the hotel on the second day there was so much noise as unfortunately we were sat under the speaker in the corner which didn’t help the room was packed and there was kids which about four of them was under five overall there was about 25 people in the breakfast room. If you got anything you had to hold your plate above peoples heads whilst you tried to squish past it didn’t help that we were kind of sat in the middle of two families were obviously knew each other and the little kid was Squealing for this other little kid. It certainly didn’t make for an enjoyable breakfast I didn’t like the place is fine as for the breakfast they should really think about putting times down when you’re booking in just so that there isn’t a queue for people waiting for your table or for the breakfast room to be is cramped for that what it was

When we arrived at this Premier Inn we were having some problems. Fiona at the desk was so helpful and understanding, she said to leave it with her and she would see what she could do. Well when we returned after a meal and Fiona had sorted out all our problems. What an absolute star. When we went for breakfast in the morning, Fiona was there cooking breakfast it was if she was running the whole hotel. I must say she cooks a mean veggy sausage. Her and her colleague made my birthday very special. If Premier Inn give out awards then these two especially Fiona deserve one.
Thank you very much.
