          Lovely old pub, unspoilt and quirky. Real ales served from the barrel. Recommend the Hartington India Pale Ale. An open fire, and table tops made from billiard tables make the place really unique. The only twenty first century concessions are electricity and inside toilets. A...More

          Not seen many dogs inside the pub but there is seating outside. Hollybush at Makeney is a similar pub to Barley Mow (not far away) and I know they welcome walkers and their dogs.
