What an amazing place to stay! The views are as good as it gets- absolutely breath taking! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a BBQ for each suite. There's a great dock if you like fishing. The hosts were incredibly hospitable. A perfect visit!

Scotia Bay Bed and Breakfast is a quiet out of the way place just a hop outside of Port Hardy BC. The multi individually adjoined suite configuration of the main house are all Easterly facing in and onwards of Pacific coastal waters. Sandi and Sandra Masales with their 2 boys are extremely approachable and friendly and do all that they can to insure your stay is great an experience as you would like. Each suit is fully modernized with full kitchen and private view of the ocean. Scotia Bay Bed and Breakfast is just a couple of minutes from all amenities that Port Hardy have to offer but at the same time secluded enough that you truly believe you are truly in Gods country. I stayed at Scotia Bay Bed and Breakfast in October 2014, and have already decided that it will be my go to retreat for fun and relaxation the next time I travel here. Thank you very much Sandi and Sandra, for inviting me into your accommodations as well as your friendships.

Our family has visited this amazing place for several years. In fact, we have brought many friends and booked more than one unit for a week to 10 days at a time. Sandra and Sandy are incredible hosts. Beautiful location, wonderful facilities, very comfortable and relaxing. You'll be challenged to find a better place to stay not only in Port Hardy but most anywhere. We book our next year dates on the last day of each stay. Thanks for giving us a holiday location we look forward to every year.

We visited this great bed and breakfast a year ago and, when looking into staying in Port Hardy again, had no doubt about where to go! The views from this property are breathtaking and the hosts are wonderful. We stayed this time in suite 3 which was a bit larger than suite 2. It's really an apartment with all one would need to stay for a while. There are two standard size beds in the bedroom, a nicely appointed bathroom, small fully functional kitchen, sitting room with a futon and a nice outdoor seating area from which one can watch the boats, birds, fishermen, other marine activity and, of course, the lovely bay. The drive in can be a little intimidating, but once you're there, it's spectacular! About 15-20 minutes from the ferry dock, it's not the handiest place for those going on the BC ferry, but well worth the extra effort!!! Highly recommend this great bed and breakfast.

We spent a great day at this Wonderful place. The host was generous and caring. Awesome views and very quite. Fun to cook in the well equipped kitchen. Helpful nice laundry facility after camping out side in the rain... We had a bald eagle as a neighbor.

We spent the night here before catching the BC ferry to Victoria. What an amazing gem of a place this is! We stayed in Suite 2, but all look amazing. The view is stunning - sitting on a bluff overlooking the gorgeous water. We were thrilled. The suite was large and the bed very comfortable. Sandra treated us to wine and conversation when we got there and we enjoyed meeting her two sons. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

Room Tip: All look great. We loved suite 2, but would have been equally happy in any of them.

The B&B is a little outside but the describtion to get there was perfect. Very quiet, directly looking at the bay.

Unfortunately we had only one night there.

Amazing breakfast. Felt like being family.

Thank you.
