Stayed hear early October just at the end of the season and the village was starting to close down. The park has lots of good sized pitches and the shower rooms and clean and modern with lots of hot water. There are views from most pitches most are close to the loch. We were so excited to be able to...

We camped at this spot for a week at the beginning of Sept. this year. The site provided everything we needed, ie. full hookups, showers, store, laundry facilities. The store was not well stocked but being that it was the end of the season it may be better in the height of the season. Lots of places to walk the...

We had been staying at the Waterton Townsite campground, but were unable to extent our reservation over the weekend, thus we booked 2 nights at Waterton Springs. It is only 3 km outside the Ntl Park gate and across the road from the Buffalo Paddock. The full service sites, as you would expect, are side-by-side-by-side. Each site has a picnic...

Visited this campground in last August with my wife, exploring Waterton National Park. We camped In a small tent in a secluded camp site very quite even though the camp ground appeared to be relatively full. The campground offers laundry and shower facilities as well as several washrooms throughout the grounds. Great staging area for exploring the park. Had a...

I was satisfied with this campground, although I chose to walk the further distance to the showers and toilets bear reception which were much nicer than the cold creepy ones near our camping site. Used the loos at the campsite in Waterton town and found them squeaky clean and much nicer, so there's room for improvement at this site which...

We love this campground. THE SERVICE IS FANTASTIC!!! We especially found, once again this year, they bent over backwards to accommodate our four units. And bent over backwards when we asked about checking out late. Love the fact that we can have bonfires. Camping fees are reasonable. We do miss the swimming pool from the old days. The only fault...

Waterton Springs Campground was my first choice after a late arrival in the National Park area. Since campsites were full within the park, I drove to this convenient location. Beyond and above the RV slots, a beautiful aspen stand envelopes sparsely-occupied tent sites. Although I was caught in an early evening hailstorm, I took time next morning to dry my...

The tenting area has great variety in terms of sites, which are generally well-treed and private. They are also away from all of the RV's so you don't have to deal with generators, slamming doors etc. The bathrooms are clean and in good working order. The location is super convenient for exploring Waterton National Park or if you're heading south...

One of the previous reviewers wrote that this campsite has huge potential and I agree! It is set in the prettiest location and the views are fantastic. Unfortunately once we parked our (small) trailer, our views consisted of the sides and backs of gigantic fifth wheels and motor homes. To make matters worse there is one row full of seasonal...

If you enjoy camping in a field with 300 other people or are afraid of bear encounters, this is the place for you. The campground is well run, the bathrooms and showers are clean. The toilets in the bathrooms are real toilets that actually flush.😎 We live in a farm where our closest neighbor's are 3/4 of a mile away....
