This was my first B&B stay – the idea of communal accommodation and dining actually didn't appeal to me. But since I was travelling alone, I thought I'd give it a try. However in terms of B&B's I suspect this is closer to a hotel than some, as each room has its own access: no trekking through family or communal...

We stayed at Dream Weaver in September, our last night in BC. We were very warmly received, staying in the very comfortable, firm, queen bedded room on the ground floor. Was clean and well prepared. Breakfast was very nice. No sea view from the room, but not relevant given we were out and about. Location was excellent - just up...

We stayed in the Primrose Suite for two nights last week. The room was pretty clean and the hosts were friendly. The location is excellent. It's very difficult to find parking in Cow Bay and it was nice to have a parking spot at the B&B. I'm not a hug fan of a bathtub/jacuzzi in the middle of the main...

The breakfasts were great. The ivy room has no where to sit inside and no view. No fresh towels over the 4 night stay. No trash can and now where ro put tour stuff. No air conditioning and if the window is open prepare for exhaust blowing in as people drive in. The rose wood is dark with a window...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights on a little second honeymoon trip. We had never stayed in a B&B before and loved our experience. We stayed in the Primrose suite with 3-pc bathroom, separate entry, and a two person jacuzzi. We enjoyed all the amenities and lovely little details of our room as well as Cowichan Bay!...

We stayed one night. The room was spacious and included a tv,fireplace, and jacuzzi tub. The bathroom had many ammenities incase you forget something. There were wine glasses and dishes if you chose to eat in. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with fresh fruit and yogurt, an egg dish, and toast. The time was flexible.

My wife and I stayed in total for 3 nights. 2 nights in the Rosewood and a 3rd night in the Primrose. Both are wonderfully appointed rooms with all you could possibly want. Jo, our hostess, was great and made our stay extra special with a cobination of razor sharp wit and beautiful breakfasts. All in all this a great...

We stayed one night on our tour of Vancouver Island, and loved it there. We paid a bit more for the Magnolia room, and it was well worth it for a special treat - jacuzzi, four-poster bed, balcony overlooking the village, very spacious etc. (I hadn't told my wife about the room before we got there, and it took her...

“The Rosewood is one of the smallest rooms but it had two wing chairs, a comfy queen bed, a closet with a mini fridge, and a large screen TV. It is right in the village and a hop, skip and jump to the Masthead restaurant. The room had a ceiling fan and air conditiioning and a fireplace for winter.”

“The Rosewood room is a little less expensive than the Primrose room, and if there is just one or two of you, I'd go with the Rosewood. It's certainly big enough - has a little fridge and coffee maker, a good bathroom, fireplace, and closet.”
