After booking this cottage and really looking forward to visiting after recommendations from other dog walking friends... I sadly lost my dad a week before and even contacting hoseasons in plenty of time for them to rebook the cottage for our allocated time which they did,we were told "that'll be a 100 % loss I'm afraid" we would have happily...

I am sorry for the loss of your dad Rebecca. Hoseasons are our booking agent and unfortunately we at Lower Fishpools don't have any control over their policies of cancellations. If a guest cancels a booking we are not given any reasons- it is just written on the weekly booking list as 'cancelled'. We don't get paid for any cancelled...

We had Lower Fishpools Lodge booked for about 12 months and couldn't wait to get there, we were not disappointed! It took us a couple of attempts to find it but we got there eventually (if you're traveling though Bleddfa going towards Penybont you follow the road round to the left with the Hundred House on your right, go up...

We stayed here for our second time in December. First off have to say, we love it here. Although we've only been here twice, the lodges feel like a home from home. It's in an AMAZING location. The forest is quite literally on your doorstep. We love to be able to walk out of the door and in to the...

Every year we take our dog on a doggy holiday and although this one proved to be his last one, what a great choice we made by booking it. The accommodation was excellent and well equipped with everything you need for a comfy week or long weekend away. With a dishwasher, tumble dryer, oven and hob, fridge, freezer, free view...

The perfect location for peace and quiet with a view! Glorious country views, forest access on foot from the lodge, private dog proof garden with private parking. Watch the stars from the covered hot tub in all weathers. Been to more than 20 Hoseasons lodges nationwide and this is by far the best location. Lodge is not contemporary, but is...

Just spent two nights on the B&B, fabulous hospitality with the lovely Jenny and a relaxing setting. Would recommend to anyone that needs a couple of days recharging away from the craziness of normal city life!

We've just returned from a week at the lodge (no. 2) and loved it there. We went with a 3 year old and a lurcher. The dog loved the forest walks! This is the 3rd lodge we've stayed in and the best so far. The hot tub was lovely and had stunning views. We also loved the log burner and...
