So kind and friendly , great breakfast, clean nice room , couldn't ask for more, offered extra food to keep child going during swim competition, will definitely rebook. Kept light on for us as we were running late.

I was in this very nice b&b for a night to attend a course over the weekend. The experience has been very pleasant thanks to John and Gwen that do everything to make you feel at home! The room was very nice and clean; fantastic en-suite. 7 minutes to the University Campus. I will definitely come back again!

A lovely friendly couple. We had a lovely large room with plenty of off road parking. Excellent variety for breakfast with nothing being too much trouble. Lots of local information given and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very kind proprietor, Gwen, who sent us on our way with yogurt banana and spoon for a glutin free friend we were meeting. The room was very attractive ..three beds and quiet. Easy parking, not hard to find with GPS.

Our host, Gwen, was very accommodating. We had a large room with comfortable beds. She recommended the Locke Pub in Limerick, an excellent suggestion. She accommodated us at 7'for breakfast so we could make the airport at Shannon.

Stayed here for one night, arrived late but host was waiting to greet me. Showed me to my comfortable room and gave me lots of choice for breakfast, including time and variety. Room was great and very quite. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and again the host made sure you wanted for nothing. I would stay here again if...

We stayed 2 nights, Host Gwen was friendly and helpful, room was good, ensuite good, breakfast good. Location good, Guest lounge was a share lounge with Hosts, which was not a problem, its nice to chat to your host to find out about where's good to eat, etc. Would recommend.
