Stayed here many times with work. Ok it's not 5 star. Parking is an issue but I always managed to get in wether in the car park or outside and that was with a van or land rover. The host is very friendly and very knowledgeable on the local area. The walls and floors are thin I was once kept...

Just an overnight to attend a friend's birthday (discovering the venue for the party was next door was a plus!) Room was clean and everything you'd need; lovely ensuite, warm, really comfortable bed, telly, tea & coffee. The continental breakfast was fine for me; basically toast, cereals, yoghurt and fruit etc. All round, great value. It is basic, yes. But...

The room was adequate, we where met by nice elder lady very friendly who gave us directions to Ashton gate. What really annoyed me was the young girls attitude at breakfast I walked into breakfast room at 9.17 only to be told breakfast had finished when I questioned her and said no one informed us that breakfast was finishing at...

Downsides are parking is limited at the back but can can park on road and the walls are thin so can be noisy. Breakfast is only continental style and finishes at 915 so if you like a lie in you might miss it. Excellent...

My sister and I booked to stay in a twin room for one night, so we could attend two university open days witching Bristol. Overall we both said it was a very comfortable stay and it had excellent access to the city centre and shopping area. There is also private parking to ensure your car is safe on your days...

Stayed for work for a week. The price is right. The location is great. The beds were clean and the showers hot. Breakfast was a quick bite I could grab as I headed out the door. Perfect if you just want somewhere to put your head.

Everything I need from a B&B: basic but comfortable and clean. It is small and very comfortable place. The landlady was super nice and helpful, once there and when booking the rooms. Highlighting how clean the room was, which is one of the most important things for me!! Breakfast was simple but more than enough, and close to city centre...
