The hotel is in a great location. Lady with dark curly hair checked us in (didn't catch her came) and could not have been more friendly or helpful! Room clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable location, lots of artsy places nearby, really good food at the restaurant and nice cosy rooms, can't ask for much more to be honest! I'd definitely stay here again if needs be, only complaint is that the staff seemed a bit grumpy xD

The hotel is in a good location being only a 12 minute walk from Bristol Temple Mead station and right on the waterfront. Other friends who travelled by car said there was ample parking at a reasonable price in the adjoining carpark. Having read reviews and how the hotels own website describes their standard rooms “Ideal for one, cosy for...

Very pleasurable and comfortable stay. Staff acted immediately and effectively on small initial problem. Excellent room service meal after rather foot-tiring but most interesting guided walk around Brunel's constructions.

This is a very comfortable hotel in the perfect location to explore the city from on foot. Parking is right next door and as we left our car there for the duration of our stay it cost just £5 (you must pay at hotel reception for this deal). Staff were friendly, service was good and we shall certainly stay here...

The stay was just amazing! We had purchased a deluxe room and had an amazing view from the top floor + a king size bed! Breakfast was not included but it was definitely worth paying the £14 pp extra as it was delicious (with a guy playing the piano in the background!) although there are many other restaurants/cafes around the...

We stayed at The Bristol whilst visiting for a wedding. Our room was small but clean and very comfortable. The gym was also very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location with very convenient car parking. We would highly recommend it....

Well located, nice clean and modern hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed. A nice nespresso machine in my room was much appreciated. Breakfast was very good, welcoming staff, quick service and a great choice from buffet. Toast on order was much better than the usual machine you get to either turn black...
