This trip was for business, but it was so good I've booked it again for a personal trip in a month. It's an easy walk from Temple Meads station and looks out over some of the waterways. It's also very close to key attractions like the M-Shed. Inside, it is very well decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable....

Lovely touches in the room like a bar of chocolate and some strawberries. Top toiletries, lovely bathroom although I do not know why the bathroom door is frosted. You can make out the person sitting on the lavatory while you lie in bed which could put off some people. Even my wife who I have been with for many years...

We went to the Bristol for a couples weekend and bought their standard room. The location of the hotel is perfect for a night out in Bristol and has a number of excellent restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. Upon arrival we were greeted by their staff that were courteous and efficient. The downside came when we came to...

Chose this hotel as we went racing at Chepstow on Friday and were hoping to do Hereford on the Sunday - it was between the two and offering things for us to do on the Saturday. Modern, with very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was a bit tight for space but as it was only for sleeping it was...

I selected the Bristol based on its TripAdvisor rating and was not disappointed. With a great location in the city centre, and a variety of good eating places within walking distance, it will be my choice for future visits. It's a little impersonal, but it's efficient, the accommodations are comfortable, and the parking is convenient and inexpensive.

I only stayed here for a quick overnight, and was impressed with the friendly and efficient service. Wifi was rubbish, I only ate at breakfast so can't really comment on the food. The rooms were clean and well stocked with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again

Efficient and effective hotel. Excellent service from all staff. Third floor room - was quite small and some street noise could be heard but not excessive. Room service breakfast was fabulous and delivered on time. Evening meal in the restaurant was a fantastic quality. Lifts a little slow at peak times-not a lot you can do but wait when carrying...

I've spent quite a few weeks here on and off over the last few weeks, the staff are very helpful, especially the 'breakfast crew'. So polite, attentive but not overbearing, anticipating needs, not minding when I turn up early, offering coffee and toast. Nothing is ever an issue. Highly recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed a fab night in Bristol Hotel. Great location and nice room, we loved the size of the bed, which was also comfy and huge. Hotel staff were super, the check in was welcoming and helpful. We had a very pleasant dinner in the restaurant and the food was well presented and tasted good. We were greeted with lots...

I will split the review into staff and the facilities. I stayed in a superior double room and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice size and set up of the room, which looked out onto the waterfront. The breakfast setup was brilliant and I felt that the stay was worth it. The staff at the reception were mechanical, both...
