On first arrival the hotel looked quite good, the staff on recepetion are very welcoming and helpful. We were given are room key and directed towards our room. On exiting the lift we noticed that the corridors were quite cold, thought nothing of it and proceeded to our room. We opened our room and it too was very cold, there...

This is a really lovely place to stay, From the moment we walked through the door to the time we left was faultless. The welcome we received on arrival really friendly, the staff on the front desk were lovely, happy and very helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor, our view out of the window was a courtyard which...

We stayed for a night out. The room was a good size, view wasn't great (over the roof) and breakfast wasn't included which for £125 we felt should have been. That said, the staff were friendly and polite, the room was clean and the location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by.

We stay in this hotel last Friday 10th March , Its location is terrific with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance . The hotel is very nice and modern inside and very relaxing. We had a slight issue withe the room we were originally allocated but when we contacted the reception the duty manager arranged a free upgrade...

Arriving, we thought we had made a mistake. From the outside this looks like a very unloved hotel, blending in well with the multi-storey car park next door - because it looks like one. However, we were very pleasantly surprised when we got to our room, spacious and comfortable with all you needed. Free Wi-Fi, good breakfast included, but they...

Lovely large twin room overlooking the river - very clean room and bathroom - helpful and welcoming staff. Breakfast a little poor so wont have that again. Continental breakfast was sparse. I will stay again but will eat breakfast elsewhere especially as Bristol has loads of independent cafes.

We have stayed here several times: it's a very good hotel in a lovely location by the Harbourside, and minutes from the centre of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is excellent.

First of all, the location is excellent. 2 minute walk from many bars and restaurants, 5 minutes from the Hippodrome and M-Shed. We stayed in a room on the 1st floor, if possible, request a room as high as possible, partly for the view but mainly for the temperature. I cannot stress how warm the rooms were on the 1st...

This hotel is a must; we felt from the moment we arrived very special; staff attentive; room great; facilities excellent. Stayed here due to overflow in Cardiff for rugby and enjoyed it. The room was not massive but very quiet and comfortable. Bar prices were reasonable (for a hotel) and the staff were friendly. Skipped breakfast so cannot comment on that. Price was £78 for the room. Located next to a busy social area, the hotel is quiet so you...
