The hotel is extremely clean and tidy. Our room was comfortable with huge bathroom with separate shower cabin and large bath. King size bed with very good quality mattress. Good breakfast too. Staff friendly and helpful.

Last weekend I decided to explore Bristol area and choose this hotel for my stay mainly the location of the hotel. I booked a double guest room under the sales rate. I easily reach the hotel as per instructed not to use the hotel address post code, instead use BS1 6NL. Plenty of parking spaces available, normally charge £12.50 but...

Booked to stay Saturday night with my mother and son to explore Bristol. Lovely welcome off the receptionist and the warm cookies were a bonus, room was lovely, with everything we needed. Lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was fab, everything was fresh and well presented and the staff were really helpful. We will definitely be returning ⭐️

Stayed here in March 2017. Very nice hotel and within easy reach of Bristol Temple Meads train station. Very comfortable room and a good sleep. The draw back to all the big hotels is they seem to feel the need to charge extra for parking your car so if you drive there as most people do, your room has just...

Great location and service, its the second time we have organised the event here and the whole experience is seamless. From first interaction (Nicola) to on the day event supervisor (Rachel), they all have exceeded our expectation. We stayed with two little ones, the room allocated was simply superb with great view to the St Mary Redcliffe, definitely recommend the...

Stopped here as a quick stop over en route to Devon. Impressed by the reasonable price, good parking- although does cost £15. Easy walk into the city for a quick supper- took a brisk but pleasant 10 minutes. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom very nice (would have been good to have more than one complimentary shower gel- as were 2...

Dear Guest Thank you for choosing us for your break en route to Devon. Depending on where your coming from, Bristol does make a very easy rest or meeting place, with the M4 & M5 meeting north of the city. It reads as though you had a near perfect mini-break in Bristol. With any of the toiletries and tea/coffee items,...

A great hotel, which is within close walking distance of Temple Meads train station & a short bus ride away from the city centre. The rooms are clean & spacious. The breakfast has lots of variety to chose from, and you receive the most scrummy cookies on check in! Worth staying just for the cookies. Parking is £15 per day....
