Nice and close to Bristol pubs and bars and not far to stagger back if your on a stag do Reserved a twin bed room and shared with a friend. Breakfast was included in the room rate, saved us getting up to early and finding somewhere else Food was standard buffet and kept well stocked. Staff were all very friendly...

Very well organised reception staff made check in easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast, although busy, runs like clockwork. Central location and easy walk from the Temple Meads Train Station, but as you would expect central in this busy city means lots of traffic noise.

Visited the hotel on business as a last minute booking. The hotel is very tired, the rooms smell 'old/damp' and it is very basic. I really would struggle to be positive about the hotel (other than location perhaps); I stay in Bristol twice a month and most places I've stayed in are much better (e.g. The Hilton). Having paid £164...

As it's name implies, this hotel is right in the city - just across from Harvey Nicks and right next to an NCP car park (the hotel has discounted rates if you validate your ticket at Reception). We were greeted warmly. The lobby is large, modern and impressive. We were given an Executive room on the the 8th floor which...

Myself, my sister and my mum visited on 02.02.17 for our mothers birthday. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and everyone looked really smart. Alex was the name of our receptionist and she went above and beyond the 2 days we were there. On arrival she asked us which floor we would prefer which was great for our...

Thought I would treat my husband and I to the Marriott while visiting family in Bristol. We hadn't stayed since 2015 but in previous visits had always found it to be pleasantly luxurious. On this occasion we checked in about 21.30 and found the room unheated with the curtains still open. It took me a little while to get the...

We stayed on Saturday 28th to Sunday 29th January (my birthday). Very welcoming staff at reception. Rita is a credit to Marriott Hotel's. Asking why we had come to Bristol we did say it was to see our daughter and for my birthday. When returned to our room late that evening we found two classes of Prosecco, a card and...
