    privilege room is a luxury room, bigger room with a balcony over looking the river, had a large tv, coffee maker machine and fridge with water and soft drinks all free of charge for the room.

    The higher you can go the better in terms of the view. Of course as long as you are looking over the water and not at the back. I can not remember the various floors I have been on but always been pleased with the view.
