Stayed here overnight, after returning from a cruise, on Wednesday 19th April. Hotel great, clean, fresh, all the usual amenities you would expect from a Premier Inn. The problem with this place is the food, which is provided by the Llandoger Trow, a pub/restaurant attached to the hotel. We booked the meal deal with our room, oh how I wish...

Lovely staff, very helpful with everything we needed, comfy beds with nice adjustable air con, very good view of around Bristol, a very short walk to the shops and a very easy place to get to by car..

Very comfortable and totally uninterrupted sleep on the 17th (top) floor of this Premier Inn. From the outside it's a depressing looking building and when I was dropped off at the back of the hotel I felt a bit uncomfortable walking through the graffiti and litter strewn walkways. So not a fan of the location. Wifi worked well in the...

I spent a night at the hotel prior to a zoo visit with my son. Not much to look at from outside but once through the door I couldn't have been happier. Friendly helpful staff, clean, modern spacious room. Breakfast was well worth the money, everything you could ask for and more. Again, the staff were very attentive. Would definitely...

Me and my friend booked a last minute stay to this hotel as it was a very short walk away from the clubs in stokes croft (not close enough to hear any of them though) as soon as we turned up to check in everything ran smoothly. The parking is in a perfect secure location, the staff were so so...

Myself and 25 friends used this hotel for a great night in Bristol. Yes the outside looks a little old but this hotel has had a great refurbishment. Beds are very comfy. Nice bathrooms and great staff. The staff were very obliging at got us all on the same floor. Book early to get great value. I paid £53 for...

Approaching the hotel, you don't expect much, it's a rather ugly building situated next to the notorious 'Bear Pit', but upon entry you are pleasantly surprised. It's clean, modern and the welcome staff are very friendly. At this point I must compliment the lady who booked us in, her name was Kylie, she was very chatty, friendly, and went out...
