Booked up as it was the cheapest hotel I could find in central Bristol. The rooms are massively dated and well used. However, they where very clean and tidy and had all the services I needed. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast was great. The sister hotel, 20 seconds away served awesome food, one of the best burgers Ive...

The building needs a bit of a face-lift but it's in a very good position and is warm and clean with very friendly staff. The breakfasts had the most choice I'd ever seen for all sorts of preferences - vegan, gluten free, just a bacon sandwich, croissant with ham and cheese in addition to the usual choices. To add amazement,...

Dear Jamie T, Thank you very much for your kind review! I do agree we benefit of a great central location close to city centre and Clifton Village. As finding car park is difficult in Bristol, our car park with 8 spaces is very convenient, and we have even more over the weekend and, failing that, on-street parking around the...

Initial reviews had me worried about staying here, but was pleasantly surprised. Every member of staff from reception, to housekeeping to catering were all really friendly and always happy to help. Good breakfast selection and complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate & shortbread. The quality of the rooms and hotel in general was clearly dated and is long overdue a refurb,...
