Very thin walls and cealings so you hear everyone thumping around you as the room practically shakes. Do not pay more than £50 to stay at this uni halls-like accommodation.
Location is very good for shopping/night out and close to train station.

We stayed for one night only to go to The Fleece for a gig. The hotel is perfectly located for this. Its literally just round the corner.

OK, it's basic, but Travelodge does the basics well. The room was clean and a decent size, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly. There were no frills, but the staff were friendly and sorted me out with an iron and ironing board without any fuss. If you want a

Hello, is the hotel within walking distance from the bus/coach station - and straightforward enough to navigate for a first time visitor to the city? Or would a taxi be best? Many thanks :)
Hi, location not brilliant for bus/train station so probably best to get taxi if you have cases. regarding walking into city it's probably about a mile to waterfront and just under a mile to Cabot circus in the other direction

Is there an indian restaurant nearby?
Yes there are. I went to one recently that is about 10 minutes walk from the Travelodge. It is called ‘4500 miles from Delhi’ and the address is 8 Colston Avenue, BS1 4ST. There will be others as this hotel is close to the centre of Bristol where there is a lot of choices of places to eat.

How close is the hotel to 'the fleece' music venue.
Hi, I booked this hotel specifically as it is close to the fleece. It's 0.1miles/3mins walk so within staggering distance. The hotel does a good breakfast as well.
