Decent independent hotel this and in a city that can be very expensive during the week this is good value. Was a business stay with 2 clients and the lido restaurant just round the corner is a great unique experience. Managed to get parked right outside the hotel but be aware the spaces here are only for about 6 cars...

We were visiting my brother who is at the university so chose this hotel for its location. It is a standard hotel- similar quality to a Premier Inn or Travelodge. Staff are friendly and very amenable (we had to move rooms as the drains were making our room smell awful) but it is nothing special. The bed was far too...

We booked this hotel because it was closest available to a friends home where we attending a party. We feel the price we paid was very high though it is probably the going rate for the area based upon supply and demand.Stayed in much better on hot Band B basis lots cheaper We were able to park on the forecourt...

Nice welcome, convenient location, clean. Smallest shower compartment I've ever used - don't drop the soap as you can't bend to pick it up again. Bedroom door had no sound proofing sow as wokedn by people walking past.. Bed rather saggy and soft.

Very friendly staff at this comfortable hotel in Clifton. We booked well in advance so got a good price. The king size bed in family room was comfy and cosy. The shower room is small but it is a Victorian conversion. Room was a good size and decor was up to date. I recommend this as a good hotel, but...

Only a couple of parking spaces on the hotel forecourt (which I suspect are probably taken by staff), but we managed to find street parking nearby (free at weekends). The reception staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. BUT, if you are disabled, please note no lift. For what we Londoners call "the kipper...

Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. Glad we found this hotel as our usual hotel was fully booked. This will be our first choice for accommodation in Bristol from now on. We didn't try the bar or the breakfast.... Next time. Good location for Clifton. Good bars and restaurants close.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find at short notice but it didn't let me down. Staff were very friendly and helpful and my single room was clean, warm and had all the necessities - tea and coffee, towel and a small amount of toiletries. I would definitely recommend it.

Went to stay at the Bristol Regency for my son's graduation. It wouldn't have been my first choice but we booked fairly late and a lot of hotels seemed full. Rooms were quite small and very expensive, for what they were. (£500 for 3 people for 2 nights). The walls and floors seemed very thin, you could hear a lot...

The hotel was nearby the place our daughter lives. A ten min. walk The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet. Now it was okay but I think in summertime a bit too warm I didn't see airco.
