Service at this great hotel is second to none. From speaking to the lovely Gemma to book the room on Saturday evening to checking out this morning. Food was great, nice selection of gins in the bar! Couldn't of been better! Will definitely return. Thanks again Gemma for the room!!😊

We stayed for my partners birthday and boy were we looked after by everyone, our welcome at check in was great and all the staff were so friendly and helpful in every aspect. We were given a upgrade to the Veuve Cliquot room which was stunning set over two levels with double baths and everything else you could need, we...

We stayed on a Saturday night - in Bristol to see friends - tried to book a table in the bistro but it was full so went to the bar - the most fantastic waiter there, gave us a private room for the four of us, full of apologies for the restaurant being fully booked. We had a really fabulous...

This was our second visit to this chain of hotels, our first was in Cheltenham, which was amazing, and this one in Bristol didn't disappoint :) We had a lovely room with roll top bath and walk in shower, king size bed was lovely and comfortable. We didn't use the bistro for an evening meal but breakfast was lovely. Makes...

I chose this hotel partly because it is a short walk from Colston Hall, where we were going to a concert, and partly because I got a really good deal online. I reserved a parking space at the front of the hotel for £15, which was really convenient. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our room, Rosemount, overlooked...

We've been here quite a few times and would highly recommend Sunday lunch, for the buffet course before the main, and the huge portions! Dinner was amazing and the steak excellent, fantastic service and staff.

Myself and partner have stayed here before around 3 years ago and decided over the recent bank holiday weekend to treat ourselves and stay again. We were on more of a budget this time so picked a standard room. Room was beautiful, light airy and welcoming. Only slight downside was the bed was two singles pushed together but not the...

After having booked afternoon tea well in advance the staff seemed to be unaware of our booking and appeared quite indifferent. We ordered our tea, gin and champagne and out tea duly arrived served by a lovely member of staff. However, although the savoury part of the tea was fine, when the sweet part of the tea arrived we were...

The room was fab, plenty space and the best shower you could ask for... just a little noisy in the morning. We had dinner in the restaurant the first evening and were expecting great food.. what we got was below average.. my burger was just alright... have had far superior cheaper... my partners main dish was just awful, 'slow cooked...

All my previous issuing of 5* seems to do an injustice to this amazing bistro. On service alone they deserve more. On the food they deserve more. On the ambience they deserve more. I could go on but I won't. The best restaurant in Bristol I have visited. Good value and they provided vegan options (requested in advance). Lovely and...
