Very handy for the city centre and the Old Duke (excellent live jazz venue). Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside is that because it is so central, you do have to pay for car parking, although Premier Inn do give you a discount.

Excellent room, lovely staff and a very enjoyable night's stay. I would certainly recommend a stay here - especially if booking ahead. We went to a concert and this stay was perfect as it was only minutes from the city centre and bars and restaurants.

I stayed here for a two night stay with my teenage daughter for a birthday treat. It was a very short stay with our main aim to visit @Bristol less than a 10 minute stroll away. We were made to feel extremely welcome as soon as we arrived and every member of staff we came into contact with during our...

This is a good standard Premier Inn in a GREAT location but the nearby parking is quite expensive. The premier inn staff were lazy with no effort spared but he Brewers Fayre staff for morning breakfast were pleasant, helpful, serving good food as well.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday and wanted somewhere reasonably priced for us to explore Bristol from. This hotel was perfect. It gave us everything we wanted and got 25% off the nearby NCP. Great location. Had a wonderful time.

This hotel is a short walk from Temple Meads railway station and was conveniently located for our purposes. The staff were very friendly and appeared professional. The room was of a very good standard (having been recently refurbished) and we both had two nights of uninterrupted sleep thanks to the good sound insulation.

Nice rooms, clean and well fitted. However the hotel itself is a bit cramped and a difficult layout. Sited in a somewhat run down area of Bristol. Heating could have been better . Breakfast excellent. Staff where the stars of the show really helpful and freindly.

Everyone I met was fantastic, notably Salome on the PM helped me where to grab a drink and sorted out some food for me and Jonathan on nights who booked me a taxi and provided me with some continental breakfast as I was leaving early.

As above...beer cooler fans will keep you awake. The rooms were very clean and they are big rooms. I am sure we were just unlucky with the room we were allocated. The breakfast is good value and staff friendly and helpful. The location is good but can be boisterous later on. Good music pub right opposite though.

Great location, helpful staff, pleased with the quality of the room. Free wifi only good enough for email. Ultimate wifi wasn't good enough to consistently run youtube videos or the youtube site (any, not talking HD) and never connected to googlemaps. Expensive due to location and parking.
