This wasn't what I would call a 5 star hotel, but that's not what I paid for. Room was clean & tidy, bathroom was clean & everything was functional. Staff were friendly, if a little understaffed at times. Breakfast was okay Great location also!

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 23 November 2016

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but this was offset by the very warm welcome we received from a most helpful and efficient receptionist. We were expecting a somewhat pokey room, but were pleasantly surprised by the size and how well it was equipped with ultra modern furnishings. The bathroom appeared very small, but it was so well...

Stayed on business for 2 nights. A very casual feel from check in ( no reception) to breakfast in the bar/restaurant and bathroom pod. Nothing wrong with any of it but felt a bit odd maybe more for the younger generation. No frills but in a great location. Car parking discounted at nearby millennium Also on the plus side the...

... I thought I had booked into the Temple Meads one! Thank god for satnav!! Good location this one, with lots of pretty people and some good bars and eateries on the door step. Handy parking. 'Reception' was a bit disorganised, but was fairly easy check in. Comfortable room, and handy for town. I'll be back.

You park in the Millenium Square car park just opposite the Hotel which is central to all attractions. The hotel and staff are all ok and all in all the stay is good value for money. I would return here.

I have stayed at this hotel probably in excess of 10 times. But never again. It has really gone down hill. No reception desk just a phone to check in? I had a long drive and on arrival was told someone had already checked into my room. On investigation no one was in there but unnecessary faffing about. No apology,...

Stayed here recently for a stag (16 lads ).Hotel is in good location with a few bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were excellent , very friendly and helpful. The bar is very small but nice. Rooms are spotless and ideal for our type of trip . It would also be ideal for business or families and I'd recommend it...

Great location for wandering around the Harbour area of Bristol, plenty of bars and restaurants to visit. Room was clean and big enough for 2 people to move around in comfortably. Loved the space age bathroom, it was like a capsule, shower was very good. Beds were comfortable. Only negative was the location as it was in a busy night...

It's a cramped, budget hotel that's poor value for money. Rooms are tiny and you literally couldn't swing a cat in the pod shower room. Nothing to recommend this hotel, I'm afraid, apart from it being fairly new, clean and in the docks. At £90 a night, it's not even budget. Avoid, unless you are on a stag night and...

Dear Mr. Garvey, I am very disappointed to hear that you found our service to be below your standards. I am sorry that you found the cost of your stay at the hotel to be expensive. We have a quite competitive price within Bristol Market. Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention as guest...
