This is a lovely modern house, situated in a good and safe housing estate. Ample on site parking, but the owners are planning to make further improvements to this, and certainly they are in the throws of significantly improving the rear garden. Internally they have carried out improvements to the accommodation, and Room 2 had an excellent walk in shower... More

My wife and I spent a 4 day break at House 41. We received a warm welcome from Helen, the owner and were shown to a good size room at the front of the house. The room was spacious spotless with a modern spotless en suite attached. It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent and it was... More

My daughter and I stayed here for one night, the house is immaculate, the bed was very comfy! The breakfast was delicious! Helen was very accommodating letting us stay until 12 the next day so that my daughter could prepare for a job interview.

We are local people who due to a long list of catastrophes with our new house purchase ended up homeless and came to stay for a 'couple of days' until we completed (which ended up to be 8 days!). Helen, our host was wonderfully helpful and extended our stay at a very stressful time. The room is a good size,... More

We stayed at the home of Helen and her husband for a week. Excellent conditions: beautiful and spacious rooms - each room has a TV, fridge, kettle and cups. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. Breakfast is rich and great. Helen and her husband are nice people in an extraordinary way, and help... More

We travelled from the North West for one night only, which by the way the local Premier inn was not interested in, and found our host Helen to be a most delightful lady. The room and entire house was excellent, as was the hospitality. Our breakfast after a great sleep was of the best quality and we WILL return. We... More

We did not have the most expensive room (they must be very very good). Our room with en-suite was lovely, extra plus for the en-suite. Helen is a lovely lady, and made us feel very at home, nothing was to much trouble. We will be back next year. I can not think of going any where else now. Helen we... More
