Well where do I start,I've stayed in some places but this something else, You go to the Buckingham hotel to check in,they then send you on a treck down the road to a b&b which is where you stay, oh and you park your vehicle in a totally different b&b a few doors up!! Out the back in a dark... More

This was definitely more of a hostile than a b&b, I was completely mislead as to what this was, in the photos on the website it seemed nice and affordable for just 1 night, I was lead to believe that it was in the hotel, I was then taken half way down the road to a building that looked completely... This is in no way a hotel it's more like a hostel type bed sit. The room is filthy, the shower is mouldy. The bed creaks when you sit on it and the television does not function correctly. For parking you have to park up the road behind another one of these so called contractors hotel in an insecure car... More

I stayed with wife overnight for Halloween party. We started off confused as on front was big sign staying was Buckingham Hotel. As we arrived in room there was one small bar of soap on shower floor and one small towel. This was barely sufficient as freshening up for evening and on way out requested at reception extra soap and... More

Regularly stay here for business, it's always clean and facilities are just what you need for a short stay. Cleaners need to remember to look in drawers as sometimes they miss things left there by guests but nothing else is ever amiss. Staff are always extremely cheerful and very friendly, they are a big asset to the establishment.

More of a bedsit than a hotel, dirt everywhere. The communal kitchen looked like a war zone, cupboard doors hanging off and mess everywhere. It may have once been a nice establishment but the contractor guests have ruined it. Looks like a eastern European doss house.

The room was squalid, filthy and tastefully decorated with dead insects and a rat trap. Bathroom was unspeakable and the water was tepid at best. Yes, it is cheap, but frankly sleep in your car for preference.

Stayed at the contractors hotel in high wycombe for a week in a twin en-suite room. Contractors digs are never really that great, and my firm only pay a stingy hotel allowance per night so it can be difficult to get good accommodation, particularly in the south. This place is everything that you could ask for or need. The twin... More

1. The room was that small the toilet door couldn't be opened as it is stopped by the bed. 2. There were that many cobwebs I thought I was on set of an Indiana Jones movie. 3. Splatter marks on the walls in various places. 4. Mold in the toilet window. 5. A mattress so hard it felt like I... More

Very comfortable newly decorated room. All furniture and electrical appliances brand new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Building work ongoing but not a problem. I arrived early because I was driving a long wheelbase van and I was a bit apprehensive about the availability of parking places but there was room to the rear of the hotel. Fantastic value. Recommended.
