As stated the hotel is good. Standard premier inn quality Hotel staff are good and helpful. Can often have long queues waiting to check in. There is absolutely no signal for most phones in this hotel, unless you are in the annexe.

This is a very good hotel and has wonderful staff particularly Anistan who could not have been more helpful and charming, fabulous. The beds were excellent and spotless. Nice bath and room. Bought a charity bear called Bernard! Great hotel

Bed sheet was filthy and mattress cover had unwashed blood on it and urine stained. Staff very helpful at all times. Premier inn needs to monitor housekeeping and ensure that their guests are not subject to health hazards. We have stayed in many Premier inns...More
