Very good hotel, we have stayed there several times before and have always had an excellent visit, as the rooms are always spot on and the staff are brilliant. However I wouldn't recommend the Christmas Fayre menu in the Brewers Fayre.

Fantastic loved it. This hotel is in a really quiet area. The rooms are clean the bed is comfortable. Decent sized TV. Super friendly and helpful staff. The downside bit only for this visit was the heating didn't work but we were provided with a portable heater which was lovely and warm. The hot water was tepid but this was...

Stayed as a couple 3rd December 2016 We stay at this Premier Inn, which has an adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant called The Papermill, around 3 times a year, visiting relatives in the area. The Premier Inn is always superb and I can never fault it, but the Papermill does not compliment it at all. It is a very large Premier...

We stayed over night with our 2 young children, on our way down south to a christening. Sharon and Shaun who helped to check us in were amazing and a credit to your company. They welcomed our children and made our stay really special for the children. We have stayed in plenty of premier inns and the service from Sharon...

This was used as a stop over on our way to another Premier Inn in London. A lovely friendly immaculately turned out Premier Inn and possibly the largest we've stayed in. The hotel is split into 3 buildings which are located on different levels of a steep bank. There are lifts available. No problems with noise and we didn't have...

We stayed 2 nights. The room was warm and the bed v comfortable. The bathroom floor, however, was dirty on arrival and the waste bin had not been emptied. Outside, the hotel was not well looked after. There was a pile of litter outside our window and litter throughout the car park. There was a dead rat in the car...

I have to say I'm very pleasantly surprised having never stayed in a premier inn before. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were modern and clean as well as spacious. I will definitely be checking into a premier in again. The only real let down was the breakfast as there was nothing left at the buffet at 9.30...
