Popped in for breakfast as a very good price £5.75, Inc tea or coffee with free refills. Called in 11am Friday morning and extremely busy with workmen and a few tourists, very short wait for food which was hot and tasty, 2 bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms, fried tomato, beans, hash brown and 2 slices of toast. Place was reasonably clean...

I went here for a few drinks and a meal with my friends. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge and skills. The owner should be very proud of them! Would definitely come back

Chose this hotel for an overnight stay travelling from Paisley to Margate. Ideal location for sightseeing Cambridge, staff made us very welcome and were helpful with any enquiries we had. Hotel was dated in a quant way and was spotlessly clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. T.V was rather small for size of room. Had dinner in the the hotel...

I used to live in this pub when Dave Green owned it. We had a reunion tonight and we had some food. Well if you can call it that. The goulash was horrible and the veggie burger was solid. Not just over cooked but you could hammer nails in with it. Honestly we will never eat here again. The beer...

I'll start with the location. They are near the botanical gardens (5 min walk), and consequently we spent a great deal of our time in Cambridge walking through the gardens and museums. Walk any direction from the Earl of Derby and you'll soon find a good assortment of restaurants, or eat in the bar! Breakfast is included and they offer...

Did not stay here but did eat here. They do have rooms. Best price we saw for a full English breakfast in our short time in Cambridge. Generous portions, tasty food, pleasant surroundings and servers. After this breakfast at about $11.00 Canadian, you did not need lunch. Very classic neighbourhood pub, nothing fancy, but pleasant enough. Locals having a pint...

In the tradition of a Public House, a bar downstairs and some rooms upstairs. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was just what we were hoping for. The staff are friendly and helpful and our room wasn't fancy but it was comfortable and clean. We had an ensuite shower. There was a TV, kettle, coffee...

Friendly welcome from staff behind the bar who take you to your room. The room was a very good size, clean and tidy with good bed linen and average towels. Most of the rooms are in an annex and so not affected by any pub noise. The only slight gripe would be the size of the TV which was about...

We arrived early on a weekend visit. I knew it was a sports bar but this wasn't a problem for us. We were able to leave our car in the pub car park and venture into Cambridge without falling foul of the ridiculous parking charges. Room basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Good beds, good shower and...
