Online reported that the hotel had reception until 20:00; however, they do not have reception at all. As said on the sights, you use a code to get in the building and into your room. The internet hub they gave us in our room did not show up on our devices, and after calling, we eventually got someone who told...

We booked a 1 night stay ( admittedly at short notice ) Upon arrival we we re greeted with a keypad entry to gain access into the hotel We had no idea what the code was so had to ring several numbers from a notice on the door . 40 minutes and several phone calls later ( stood outside in...

There is no reception, so you receive a text with details about how to enter the property. The room was freezing, as there was no heating on in the room. ( although it did warm up quickly) the bathroom was cold, even after the radiator was put on. There was no hairdrier in the room. Although advertised. The details of...

One to avoid! Don't be fooled by the the title Hotel 3 star this is a low grade B and B at best. When we arrived there's no staff or anyone to greet you they just text you a code to let yourself in. Mind you there was one frustrated chap who had just grounded his car in the car...

Booked on Booking.com. Just a one nighter between other places. I was on the top floor. Room would have been very unsuitable for a tall person, but it was fine - except the new Wifi was barely within reach. This property is now reception - free. You receive codes for the front door, and for your room. The digital coded...

beautifully clean room, lovely comfortable bed & great location with parking. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of yogurts, toast, cereals, pastries. Tea, coffee & juices all on a help yourself basis. Hot food was cooked to order - the bacon was delish.

Large comfortable room on first floor with a larger than expected bathroom. Clean throughout. Little niggles, if we were staying longer than two nights, were lack of bedside cabinet on one side of bed and position of tea tray which required a lot of stretching to access it. Breakfast was good with a selection of cereals, fruits and pastries along...

After reading the reviews on here, I wasn't exactly looking forward to my stay. When I arrived, I found my room to be clean and tidy, bed very comfortable and room to be spacious Downside, I could hear next door quite clearly and doors banging.

Reversed into carpark in dark and car went over a ledge (unmarked) and became stuck. Had to be winched out and have car undercarriage inspected. No answer on "emergency" contact mobile no. on door at time. They said that they accept no liability for cars even though the carpark is unsuitable.

They upgraded our room but are hard to get hold of outside reception hours which resulted in people waiting over an hour to get in to their room. The room itself was decent enough and clean. The decor is very outdated.
