This doesn't feel like a new premier inn. Room was more basic than the new ones. Also very noisy from the ventilation system from the restaurant. Staff great, location great. But was disappointed by room quality - and I stay in a lot of premier inns, so have seen the wide range.

You can't go wrong staying at a city centre Premier Inn. Just 5 minutes walk from the main road, park and river, what more could you ask for. You get what you pay for, so a nice comfortable hotel with a bar and restaurant, nice room and good location.

Stayed here on Sunday 19th February as treating my partner for his birthday. Had to wait a while in a queue to check in but other than that no complaints. Beds very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is more tea & coffee sachets as only 2 of each available. Would stay again

Premier Inn Chester is located a short walk from the City Centre. It is very good value for money. We booked the room plus their meal deal. This was a 2-course evening meal plus drink (wine/lager/beer or soft drink) and a buffet breakfast. The total cost for 2 persons was £83 which is fantastic value. Bedroom/bathroom were standard Premier Inn...

It was a busy weekend with quite an itinerary. We stayed overnight at Chester City Centre Premier Inn February 17th through February 18th and apart from a minor problem with an internal corridor door, which we couldn't open with our room key everything was fine. We didn't sample the food because it seemed too expensive but there were plenty of...

Decent room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good area. Could have been a little bit cheaper. Good kettle and tea. Good beds. Nice TV though disgusting remote! Better than travelodge. Breakfast could have been cheaper and we would have got it.

The hotel is it's located close to bars and restaurants, in walking distance so no need to spend extra money on taxis. Car park is to small for a hotel of the size, on arrival my sister was already there and knew there was a space left on the car park yet we pressed the buzzer the receptionist paid no...

We stayed the the city road premier inn, from the 13th - 15th February. We arrived and just had to wait a few minutes to check in, we were given the choice of ground floor, second or third floor, we chose the second floor. We were able to park at the premier inn for £6 per 24 hours. The room...

The bed was very cosy and is very near to the railway station. The shower was nice and hot. The TV was a decent size and very peaceful in the block and you get a decent size room. They provide towels and coffee.
