We didn't stay in the hotel but happened to pop into the coach house inn for lunch on a trip round Chester. It was a very busy day but we were offered a great table in the main restaurant. The food and service were spot on. The business benefits from a great location right next to the Library and a...

Stayed on a Saturday night. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. Lovely breakfast and good menu choice. Room was spacious and very comfortable with everything we needed. Nice touch that tea and coffee available in room but also for free in the bar and restaurant areas. Location is right beside the city hall at town centre and the...

We stayed one night at The Coach House Inn to break our journey driving from Surrey to Glasgow. It was our first visit to Chester and we were delighted with the city and very impressed with the Cathedral. The Coach House Inn is one of the oldest hostelries in the city and is very centrally located and next door to...

Amazing, Returning to Chester this would be my first choice, we stayed here for 1 night whilst meeting friends who were staying elsewhere for the entire weekend. Room 1 was our room - great, more than enough space for 3 ladies all getting ready for a night out. Overlooked the outdoor seating area and it was race weekend but noise...

Fantastic position in the old part of the town. The market car park is only 50 yards away and is £8.80 per day. The staff are very friendly and are incredibly helpful. First class location, friendly, welcoming restaurant staff and superbly comfortable beds; The Coach House should be almost unbeatable. Were we just unlucky I wonder? On our recent stay, our bedroom was stiflingly hot, even with the fan provided. Decor appeared 'tired' and there was an unpleasant small of damp /drains throughout the resident areas. Had so looked forward to our...
