Stayed here as attending music festival in Chester. On checking in the lady who dealt with us was lovely but she forgot to refund our £6 parking fee. Room was comfortable, clean and great value for money (33.33p for breakfast as well ) Short walk into Chester will definitely return if the price is right . Did not see any ghosts...

My company booked this accommodation on my behalf last week. Having travelled and stayed in a variety of accommodation I found this to be one of the more disappointing experiences and feel compelled to review. On arrival I was treated in a very matter of fact manner and was not made to feel welcome. Under pressure with work I quickly...

We booked the George & Dragon as a last minute escape, we found the staff very efficient and the place clean although the rooms were tired looking, on saying this we would stay there again. Shower very good Location handy for City centre

Hotel is quite dated but for a one night stay it was perfectly located, 5 mins from city centre. Staff were very friendly and we had a great cooked breakfast. Rooms need refurbishing as our room was quite dark.

Sarah, Lesley and their team did a first class at accommodating my large party of 16 guests. Having arranged the trip with them back in October the organisation when we arrived was excellent. My party of guests arrived at different times during the afternoon and they were all able to check in quickly. The rooms were adequate and clean, the...

We stayed here with a group of friends after visiting the races. The rooms were very clean and comfortable & the staff were lovely. Great atmosphere in the pub and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. A lick of paint in the bedrooms would give 5 stars ! Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable room within easy walking distance...
