Excellent stay at the Hotel on a Magnificent Mondays offer, reception was excellent , the receptionist then took us to our room, had a view of the wall and clock, room was excellent with a great bed. Evening meal and service was faultless. All staff very professional, breakfast was served at your table no buffet style, the only thing I...

Stayed for one night a few weeks ago for £200. I was expecting a nice room and quality fixtures etc for that kind of money as I have stayed in some stunning places in the UK for less. The Mere, Knutsford for instance is a different class but about the same price. Reception, restaurant and bar area are nice enough...

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent night. We plumped for the taster menu I had the wine taster too. Three hours flew by in indulgent luxury. Expensive treat, but well worth it for a special treat.

Situated on the main, pedestrianized shopping parade in the historic city of Chester this hotel is ideal, especially for first time international visitors as my wife was. The hotel facilities are not extensive but very good at what they do, with on site salon and Michelin starred restaurant to name but two. Access by car in the Chester traffic is...

Lovely hotel....we booked a deluxe room and were upgraded to the Roodee Suite which was beautiful. However, had we booked the suite and paid the rate we would have had a couple of niggles. The white wine in the mini bar was half empty, there was no issue and it was resolved immediately but we could have ended up being...

Jaime McCormack, restaurant manager, will be delighted to read your feedback about the standard of service afforded by his excellent team. In the spirit of friendly competition, we would disagree...
