Only a 15 - 20 minute stroll from the City centre, with a few Pubs and restaurants even closer. We had a large and comfortable annexe room, with car parking directly outside. The main Hotel is very welcoming and clean. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfasts on both mornings of our stay.

This is an excellent place to stay. The receptionist (who also works at breakfast in the restaurant) is delightful and the location is great. I was staying on my own to catch up with old school friends from 40 years ago and see some football matches and the room was ideal. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely return when next...

We were located in the Courtyard annexe. The room was large, warm, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast in the main hotel was good. We will be returning on our way back home in a couple of weeks and have asked for the same room for two nights

The only two problems was the shower not heating up properly and the wifi. It states free wifi but it will not work in your hotel room. Informed staff but there...

We booked direct with the hotel and they matched an offer price. We explained our need for a quiet room with no new paint and the lovely receptionist offered us a courtyard room. The room was comfortable and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and the maid took great care on the second day to renew towels and sheets and...

We booked this hotel for a 2 night stop off on our way home, but very dissapointed as we did'nt actually stay in the hotel, but a little annex room across the car park from the hotel. The room was small, but we did'nt mind that as we were out all day, it was the springs in the matress that...
