Stayed here for one night with my husband and our two daughters for the New Years Event. Also with us, were my sister and her family, in a separate room. The New Years Event (disco/party/buffet etc) was fantastic but I will focus on the hotel in this review. Free parking to start, so that was good. The hotel isn't amazing...

Staff were really friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was brilliant really great quality I had a rump steak that could of passed for a fillet. Room was spacious and clean, Good spa space to chill after the drive from Glasgow. If we had to be picky forgetting Sundays in wales/England supermarkets close early so we struggled to go...

After reading the numerous negative reviews on trip advisor I was apprehensive about staying here. I booked a two night stay in a double room with breakfast via a wowcha coupon. All went very smoothly with the booking. We arrived on Wednesday afternoon were allocated room 215 , a room at the back of the hotel with a newly refurbished...

We stayed for one night, and to be honest was disappointed after reading such glowing reviews. The exterior is a little 1970s and left me with slight dread as don't mind "dodgy" places when it's for just me and my partner etc but I had my daughters with me aged 6 and 3. Tried to put my fears aside and...

The exterior of the place may not be very good however on the inside the place is very clean and well designed, the pool and jacuzzi are an added bonus along with the gym, wouldn't recommend eating there as the food was quite expensive and although ok, was not really that good either. The room we stayed in the first...

Booked a superbreak deal which included 2 nights at this hotel and entry into Chester Zoo. Couldnt really fault the hotel for the price we paid. It does need a bit sprucing up however it was clean. On arrival we were told we were stayin on a b&b basis, thought this was fantastic considering I thought we were room only....

My Son and I stayed one night on the 17 February in a family room number 203, we could not fault the place. Recommend this place to anyone, we where off the next day to the Blue Planet Aquarium for a shark Diving Encounter.

Used this hotel as a convenient stop over, it's in a great location for connecting motorways and for the price makes it ideal. The rooms are well appointed, look to be recently refurbished and are a good size. With the included leisure facilities and bar/restaurant I would definitely recommend this hotel and following this experience would certainly consider other Days...
