We had a short stay in Chester to go to the zoo. We were made to feel really welcome, comfortable. The staff were helpful and the adjoining restaurants food was excellent and there was also a Sainsburys just 2 mins walk from the hotel. We could not fault it. If you go to Chester Central (South East) Hotel is the...

Booked a nights stay here as we were going to Chester zoo. Perfect location for that by the way. On arriving we were given a family room that instantly smelt of damp. Back to reception they gave us another room a few doors down and the same. Finally got a third room and this was perfect. Staff very friendly and...

We arrived Sunday evening after dark, and had trouble locating reception, as access was poorly lit. Rooms a good size. Parents had an accessible room on the ground floor, they had not used Premier Inn before and were impressed.

Stayed for the weekend and room was good size and nice and clean. Bed very comfortable and shower was powerful. Ate at the twirl of hay next door which was a standard brewers fayre. It does get busy so a good idea to book a table. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Latest of many visits to this Premier Inn. I stay there when visiting one of my sons. Good Premier Inn accommodation (clean and reasonably priced). Conveniently situated for city centre and local attractions. Friendly and efficient staff. Situated near a main road so, it might be worth considering a rear facing room (although we did not experience any traffic noise...
