Great position, ideal for Notting Hoole, recently made over exterior setting is superb and inviting, great beer choice but strange glasses too 🤔 prices were reasonable, the only downside was we had to clear our own table and we waited to be served at an empty bar and no barman, and only a young glass collector not sharp enough to...

Often visit here with my partner but bobbed in on my own for a change. Great garden area for the summer months, currently undergoing a makeover. Reasonably priced food. Sport on the TV. Comfy seats. Friendly staff. Great beer and an ever changing range, mostly from independent breweries.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a triple room, I had my reservations when our room was right next to the reception desk on the ground floor with just a door and a small corridor between us and the pub lounge, I need not have worried, the room was immaculate , nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious, we had no...

Stayed at Bawn Lodge for my friend's 50th Birthday for 2 nights and we loved it. The staff were lovely, very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Room was spotless and the breakfast was just perfect. Had a brilliant stay here and will go back again.

Stayed on business as well located and relatively cheap. Rooms are big and well equipped but VERY noisy until the beet garden close around midnight. Rooms at the front suffer from busy road noise most of the night, difficult to sleep if you need an open window. The food is very good and well priced but beware, they stop serving...

Went for a few drinks last night, really nice atmosphere with lots of room to sit down. Prices are standard, bar staff were dead freindly and helpful and there's a good selection of bottled ales that we made our way through! Not been for food yet, but as a place to drink would highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a twin room. I hadn't realised when booking that it was actually rooms above a pub and I personally felt out of place pushing through the pub crowds to access our room upstairs (I am not accustomed to drinking in pubs) The room, however was clean, comfortable and quiet and breakfast in...
