After travelling for 5 hours to Chester for a weekend stay with my son, We were horrified that the hotel had no notification of our online booking from 3 weeks previously. Luckily a room was "found", but it was a nervous 15 minutes or so before the problem was resolved

Great location, carvery next door was a welcoming and friendly place, only 6-7 pounds in a taxi to Chester town and only 10 mins in the car to the zoo, staff here were great and room comfortable. Whilst the furniture wasn't the most modern it was functional and clean, initially I wanted to stay in Chester town centre however due...

What a lovely little hotel for a few nights, with a toby carvery attached. What more could you ask for. Such a cheap price too. Staff were so friendly and wanting to help. The room was the standard Travelodge room that you expect from a Travelodge, but this one had a bath and a shower. The only downside as you...

We stayed here for one night on the 11th March. We were in room 1. I was quite disappointed with the room it was quite a basic room compared to other travelodges that I have stayed in. The bathroom was the worst it was like a wet room and just didn't feel clean. My husband had a shower and the...

Frequent user of Travelodges. However this appears to be an old rebranded hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy but a little tatty/shoddy in places (stained table/painted wallpaper etc). Shower pressure was very low, and due to the time of year we visited, and lack of heater in the bathroom, made it quite cold in there. Room was right at the...
