What a lovely guest house. Warm welcome, clean and comfortable room and those extras that make a stay just that bit better. A fridge was a lovely surprise so kept my milk and my partner's medication in. Great location - inside the city walls, very close to restaurants, bars and places of interest. We had room 2 on the first...

The Grosvenor Place Guest House is a hidden gem - located right by the city centre and the walls, but in a quiet little side street. The room was just right, comfortable bed, everything you needed; the proprietor could not have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast: you get a delightful option of having a voucher for the Panini...

Myself and partner went to Chester for a night away and stayed here. Close to city centre and easy to find. Was a lovely place, room was cosy. Friendly host. Can't comment on breakfast as we too hungover to eat. Would recommend

My husband and I stayed here before Christmas and had a pleasant stay. The guest house is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of Chester town and all it's attractions. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and, although it was small, was clean and sufficient for our needs, with tea and coffee making facilities...

Nestling in a side street close to the city centre, this bed-and-breakfast is perfect for a weekend stay in one of England's top tourist destinations. It's on a quiet mainly residential street, accessed during the evening by a keypad code that changes daily. It's an old town house with rooms containing the usual facilities (bed, shower, toilet, television) and a...

We booked this B&B for a one night stay to attend a family birthday bash. There was just one room left which was on ground floor and quite small but cheaper than the upstairs rooms. Owner greeted us and informed us of a cancellation and offered us their room for same price. We decided to stick to the room we...
