Poor hotel, not very clean, threadbare carpets,very disappointed with this hotel although the manager in charge was very helpful and did his best to control the hen party noise considering the ammount of alcohol they had drunk.

we stayed 3 times at this b@b,each time we found the owners and staff very helpful, good food and great location, well worth a visit, will visit again in the future. have told friends visiting chester to make this there base

I wouldn't bring a child to this place when we came in Febuary this year it was dirty and smelly.

Don't stay here unless it's been refurbished and thoroughly clean. It was dirty and smelly
