What a great venue this is for a works night out or private party. We had fabulous night out and really apricate the efforts of Jo and her staff for making it so. The service was really good and it was easy to get a drink at the bar, which always helps !

Is it possible to request a fan for my room? I’m not able to call since I’m trying to book from the US and don’t have international calling.
Hi , small fans available. I’d be more concerned about the noise

Hi. Myself and 2 friends all aged 17 are interested in staying here for the night. Must we be accompanied by an adult over 18 or not? Thanks in advance.
Not that I'm aware but it was a quiet hotel.

just stayed at the townhouse chester and was a lovely hotel we paid £42 on a thursday and was very chuffed with our room we have looked in to booking again in april on a saturday night but the price is £154 can to tell me what more i will get for a £112 increase as more than 3 times the price for a basic room seems a little excessive
If it is school holisays, Easter or if the races are on you will find demand high and all Chester hotels prices reflect this. Saturday nights are usually higher priced in Cities everywhere including Chester. We tend to stick to Friday night's to save huge on prices. hope this helps :-)

"Maybe pay extra for a bigger room."
"We loved room 9 and will book it again as it overlooked the high street, we loved the hustle and bustle and people-watching!"
"The Annex would be better for those with mobility problems. The Hotel is Georgian and has many staircases and different floors."
"ask for the annexe"
"Room 8 was small, but large comfy bed, en-suite was tiny, so might be difficult for some people to manouvre, as would the 38 steps up to it."
