My partner and I stayed at the end of October for a night out in Chester; we had a private ensuite double room for £42 which is a good price for central Chester on a Saturday night. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The kitchen area was also clean and there was coffee, tea, milk...

We had a private twin room and it was very comfy - ensuite with clean bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities which was a nice touch. There was a...

Booked for one night stay with mates.. Horrific is the best way to describe the experience! Rooms stink, toilets dirty, beds disgusting. Worse than the hovel of a hostel was the staff...rude and of ignorant. Don't think we'll return!

I paid £25 for private use of a twin bedded room with ensuite facilities (with no breakfast) which is fair value for a room reasonably close to the city centre, the canal, the river and the city walls. The room itself was OK - nothing special but clean. The bathroom was OK - on the small side with a tiny...
