Very convenient for the town and harbour, a laid back hotel with friendly service, the rooms with contemporary style, we had room seven with a great view over the harbour, the room was comfortable, a large bed and a bathroom with bath and shower and plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a wedding party in Falmouth and really enjoyed it. We stayed in one of the superior rooms with views of the harbour (room 4). It was spacious and vintage retro (rather than boutique-y) in decoration with lovely high ceilings which we liked. The bed was large and one... More

We stayed in this hotel prior to some camping/diving days down near the Lizard. Last day of hot showers and comfy beds...at least we had 1 out of 2! We paid £80 per night which was less than the advertised rate, and stayed in Room 8 which was apparently the 'box room'. So, review is: Good parts: - the hotel... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night and it was fine (apart from the fire alarm setting off due to a defect). The room was well decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. I agree that it wasn't quite the boutique hotel we expected having seen the website but.. The beds were extremely comfortable, the... More

The website for this hotel is fantastic. It lured me in to thinking that this place would be a trendy boutique hotel that we were looking for. We were really disappointed by this hotel. I imagine when it first opened, it was really nice but its looking seriously tired. The location is good, parking was not easy but ok. The... More

Great, relaxed hotel in Falmouth opposite the harbour; the hotel has achieved bringing urban chic to Cornwall. My room was funky with all the requirements: comfortable bed, good bedding, powerful shower, good toiletries. I didn't hang out in the bar, but it had a relaxed welcoming feel to it when I passed through. Breakfast was cooked to order and to... More

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Very central, so no need to worry about taxis in the evenings. Newspapers in the mornings to browse over. Fabulous breakfasts, served until 2pm at weekends. Great bathrooms in the rooms, powerful showers. We'll be going back again.

My husband and I booked this very last minute and was uncertain of what to expect as it states 2 star. We were very pleasantly surprised. Room three is lovely and has a fab bathroom at least 3 star standard. The breakfast next day was really lovely and with Rick steins across the road it was a perfect location. The... More
