Does what it says on the tin, stayed overnight for a function in Falmouth. Slept well and the cooked breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a touch up but all in all you get what you pay for.
This is my second review for The Rosslyn. We stayed here as it is very close to friends that we visit. Our room was clean, warm and functional, the breakfast's were excellent, the staff were very polite and efficient. Can't knock it . . ....More
Do not read the bad reviews and assume they are exaggerated disgruntled customers.
The place is a dump.
It is dirty.
It's also expensive: at half the price and advertise as basic accommodation it still wouldn't be acceptable.
We stayed here as our previous booking was cancelled at last minute so thought we were lucky to get anywhere as it was Tall Ships weekend. The hotel is at the top of the hill out of town a good 30 minutes walk away. Fine...More
