We had a very pleasant stay in Falmouth, the room was wonderful, and Mark was very nice and helpful as our landlord. We had a great breakfast in the morning and Erika's cake was delicious! Thanks again to both of you. EFN, Germany :-)

Excellent guest house : warm welcome, beautiful (self-made) interior decoration, very good beds, delicious bespoke breakfast. Most valuable is the attention to listening to the needs of the clients and providing judicious advice : Erica gave us detailed explanations on what is worhwhile seeing in the surrounding area, and that made our stay a success. We've just come back from staying in this wonderful guest house in Falmouth. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, clean, immaculate room and home-made ingredients for breakfast. They also use local products. Situated on the main road into Falmouth so easy to find. Will definitely go again.

We only stayed for one night but enjoyed our stay with hosts Erica & Mark. We received a friendly welcome, our room was fine and we had a good breakfast Sunday morning before we headed back home. Good location for exploring Falmouth being only a pleasant 10 minute walk to the waterfront.

My daughter and I stayed in single beds at the top of the house. Shower is in the room but was not a problem, the bathroom is separate in the room which was nice. Free Wifi, a 10 minute walk from The Moor Town centre and shops. Bus stop to Penryn and Truro as well as the Docks just around...

We arrived for a weekend stay and were met by Mark and Erica. This is a delightful little find in Falmouth, and nothing was too much trouble for this fab couple. Quirky little extras that made our stay very enjoyable. Great breakfast !!! .... And thanks once again for the freshly baked bread and our welcome lemon drizzle cake. 10/10
