Simon and Vanessa were wonderful hosts. Nothing was to much trouble and although we were only staying one night it felt as though we were staying for a week and we wish we could have done. We are vegetarian and breakfast was just right. The Highcliffe is also very good for walking to the sea and harbour area.

Stayed for 4 nights in room 7. It was absolutely perfect in every respect, breakfast was great and Simon and Vanessa were superb hosts. We could not fault our stay in any respect and I am sure we will return again. We don't see how anyone could disappointed with any aspect of Highcliffe. Thanks for a great stay.

My wife and I stayed at Highcliffe for six nights at the end of March 2017. We had a really warm welcome, and were made to feel "at home" straight away. Our accommodation initially was in room 3 for three nights. This room is excellently furnished and looks out toward the beach. We then moved into the "fabulous" Penthouse for...

We decided to stay here for our mini-moon after it was recommended by friends from work. The house is stunningly decorated and the rooms are all different. Simon and Vanessa are absolutely lovely, not pushy or intrusive and have clearly being doing it long enough to know exactly what their guests want. The house is perfectly located 4 minutes walk...

We stayed here for our honeymoon in September and have been meaning to write a review since! Thoroughly recommend Highcliffe as a place to stay, perfect hosts, perfect location, perfect breakfast and, importantly, a perfect room! We couldn't have been happier.

From calling to make the booking, to arrival, (an all too brief a stay), and departure, our visit was faultless, relaxing and we smiled throughout. Genuinely friendly greeting on arrival, a welcome cup of Cornish tea and chat with Simon who remembered the reason for my visit (Cornish kilt fitting!) from our booking conversation the prior week! Tell me a...

Stayed here for the first time and very much enjoyed the stay. First class accommodation and excellent breakfasts. Cheerful and hospitable hosts who genuinely conveyed that they were happy to help with anything we needed. Unhesitatingly recommended!

A brilliant base for a stay in Falmouth. Everything was of an extremely high standard. We were in the penthouse which had the most spectacular views from the large velux windows. The bed was very comfortable, the room well-being appointed - loved the lighting controls, in fact everything was well thought out and of a very high standard. Breakfast was...

We travel around england since 10 Years on our german holidays. The Highcliffe ist the best B&B we've ever been to. Qualitiy in every single detail. From coffecup to Handwash-soap. From customer service to quality food. The Highcliffe is hard to beat in nearly everything. Nothing more to say.

Simon & Vanessa are lovely & extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The B&B is beautifully designed inside and our room (room 8 - twin) was perfect, with a stunning view from the bathroom window. Breakfast was ideal, fresh milk in the room for tea/coffee; couldn't fault the place and will return!
