If you are driving to the hotel you would have to take the scooter to the back of the hotel to access the rear entrance which is level. We cannot accept scooters on our feeder coaches but if you join a tour at the Interchange or are part of a private party who has hired the whole coach, then we will accept it on the tour coach but we would ask that you request a Special Needs Form so that we can ensure that everything you require is available for you. We do have 7 ground floor rooms at the Madeira Hotel some with shower over the bath and some with walk in shower. some have a sea view and some have a rear view. We look forward to welcoming you to the Madeira Hotel.

The lift serves all floors - no stairs to rooms. However there are 13 steps at the front entrance so you would need to use the rear entrance which has level access.

Dear Karen No pets are allowed in any of our 21 Leisureplex Hotels. We do allow assistance dogs (blind, deaf etc) but no pets. If you add a note to your booking that your daughter is allergic to pets hair, then they will ensure you have a room that has not been used for a guide dog previously, although we get very few.
