We have just come home from a week at the Poltair. The service was excellent, the staff were so friendly and polite. The breakfast choice was amazing and the quality was excellent. The location was also fantastic as you are less than 5 mins walk from the beach and less than 10 mins walk from the harbour and shops. Falmouth...

I have just returned from a weekend stay, the hotel is just lovely, clean, stylish with an old world charm. We had a room with a sea view and would highly recommend this. Everything is of a very high standard with lots of attention to detail. The breakfasts are excellent, with lots to choose from.

A really excellent bnb. Malcolm is a kind and obliging host. The property is spectacular with beautiful gardens and tremendous sea views from some of the front rooms. Great location less than 10 mins walk from the maritime museum end of town and close to the beach

When down last year met a lovely couple who recommended this hotel to us. They understated how good it was, everything was of a high standard with focus on quality from bathroom robes and soaps to home made bread at breakfast. One of the best hotel customer services experience and will be back!

I have stayed here a few times and the very high standard doesn't vary. The hotel is slightly querky which gives it a certain charm. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of little extras - even a half bottle of wine in the fridge! Some rooms have lovely views over the bay. It is close enough to the town...

The Poltair is a very well maintained B and B in a quiet location but only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. The staff are very efficient and friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms second to none. The breakfast menu is extensive and very good.

This was our first visit to the poltair. Our room was comfortable and was kept spotlessly clean and well stocked. Malcolm gave us a friendly welcome andnothing was too much trouble for him. Choice at breakfast was excellent and the food was always well cooked. We especially liked the choice of freshly made yoghurts.
