I cannot fault the Spa day and afternoon tea at this hotel. How nice to be acknowledged before we had even got past the entrance, in fact every single member of staff spoke to us as we passed them. Morning coffee was excellent , the spa spotless, super massage and an amazing afternoon tea with champagne. Such generous amounts and...

Close friends recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate a very special birthday. I arranged flowers and afternoon tea vouchers for them via Sian and couldn't have asked for better help. Via E-Mail, I arranged with Sian for the flowers and vouchers to be placed in my friends' room on the date of the birthday and everything went very smoothly....

Parking was a bit limited but the doorman soon sorted out a parking spot and helped us in with our luggage. Our room had a lovely sea view ( binoculars provided and we saw a pod of dolphins!) and was well stocked...

The staff were all friendly and attentive and eager to please without being over attentive. We were all greeted at the entrance by a commissionaire in full regalia on a rolled out carpet, this made us...

I chose this hotel as it was on an offer on Travelzoo £149 for one night with a 3 course meal for 2 and a bottle of house wine. The hotel has a free small car park, I arrived at 2.30 and there was only a few spaces left so it does get filled up quite quick. Reception was modern,...
