Googled and found the Greenbank Hotel after looking at other more expensive alternatives for a recent work trip. What a find! Spotless room, friendly atmosphere, easy walk into Falmouth and a stunning view over the harbour . Truly a great find and would recommend to others.

We arrived early but it was worth the wait. The room was such a surprise as I had originally been led to believe it wouldn't have a sea view. Wow, what an amazing view it was and a surprise bottle of bubbles for my husbands birthday. Food was excellent in the Waters Edge restaurant and the cocktails to die for!...

Weekend break asked a sea view and got upgraded with a top spec room also. Good facilties, large restaurant on the sea side with great views. Also a lower floor pub bar which also serves good pub food ,this open to the public which actually makes for a good atmoshere. Would go again no problem ,nothing to fault.

The Greenbank Hotel never fails to amaze us, every single time! In December, we yet again had our staff Christmas Party, we have been for the last 3 years running and can never bring ourselves to go anywhere else as we know that we will always get pure perfection at The Greenbank. We had lunch at The Working Boat Restaurant...

Just back from a 3 night stay. So enjoyed it, nothing too much trouble, sparkling wine left for me on my birthday and an upgrade on arrival....couldn't ask for more! Spotlessly clean, food excellent, choice of restaurants, amazing views, close to town, overall brilliant and really didn't want to leave. Would thoroughly recommend to all.

Lovely room with splendid view of harbour; punctual delivery of Gs&Ts by friendly reception/waiting staff; good breakfast in sunny restaurant again with splendid view of harbour; slightly miffed at limited gluten free breakfast - no sausage and only one slice of bacon but lots of toast so not all bad. Parking was convenient.

Nice hotel ... great views when dining and in a lovely location. The restaurant is nice although when we visited it was on a Christmas set menu which we hadn't been advised about but to be honest we found something on the menu. The general appearance of the hotel is lovely but on close inspection it does need a little...
