This is a hotel that just puts a smile on your face. The service was excellent, the rooms were perfect, the food was ace! Although if you want lobster you must order in advance! The smoked haddock for breakfast is the best I've had! This hotel is at the top of it's game and we'll be going back!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights....we drove 300 miles to get here and my word wasn't it worth it. Everything about the place is a real credit to the management and it's brilliant staff. We had a great room ( 115) with gorgeous estuary views...breakfasts were plentiful with a good self selection area and a nice selection...

Had a works event in Truro so was just staying for the one night. Travelled down on a Sunday afternoon and checked in early which was good. Really prominent location on the harbour and my wife and I had afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the harbour which was beautiful. We also used the bar downstairs which isn't a bad...

Our daughter and son in law had there wedding reception at The Greenbank on 26/03/2016. The venue was just beautiful, even though the weather was a little inclement to say the least, but this did not impact on the day. The staff and service we had at the hotel all day was first class, nothing was too much trouble. The...

What can i say except when we arrived on Friday 8th April the receptionist was very good, and had a real good sense of humour. Booking in was easy, the room was large clean and tidy. I booked afternoon tea at the Greenbank Hotel as a treat for my birthday while we were staying in Cornwall on a family holiday. The hotel is wonderfully modern and the afternoon tea itself was fantastic. I visited with my husband, two daughters aged 6 and 4 and my mum. We had 3 adults afternoon tea which consisted of sandwiches,...
